Born and raised in Madison, Ned has a deep affinity for the Madison area community. He enjoys helping people achieve maximum value for their homes as well as assisting buyers in finding their ideal home at the best price. Ned’s steady demeanor and kind approach is matched by his incisive knowledge of the market and skills as a negotiator.

In addition to being a real estate agent, Ned worked in multi-family property management and leasing for over 17 years. Throughout his experience in real estate, Ned has learned one constant and unwavering rule—when you truly care about the people involved, it’s a win-win for everyone.

Beyond his extensive experience and knowledge gained from hundreds of real estate transactions, Ned also worked as a professional stage, film and television actor for almost two decades. His highly developed communication skills are ideal for negotiations, sales, and an empathetic understanding of his client’s needs and goals. Ned believes that real estate does not have to be a cut-throat, stressful undertaking. With integrity and positive collaboration, it can be both rewarding and fulfilling!

When Ned is not busy creating symbiotic real estate relationships between sellers and buyers, he enjoys spending time his daughter, writing, and composing. Ned is also passionate about public education and works with young people in our community as an educator and mentor.
